Born in the region of Santa Tereza - ES, the name Da Mata and the Hummingbird which are stamped on the label has been inspired by the forests and the hummingbirds that involves our wonderful working environment.
The organic Cachaça DA MATA is produced from Sugar cane plantations that do not damage the environment, where no chemical based products are used (pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, hormones, etc).
At the Cachaça Da Mata Distillery you can follow the full process of the drinks production since cutting down the sugar cane until the bottling and after you can taste the “Branquinha” (Nickname for cachaça that means White) appreciating the beauty of the atlantic forest that surrounds the place.
We developed a "product" with the main objective to meet the new and emerging market of discerning consumers who know how to distinguish and enjoy a good distilled for its taste, aroma and purity.
Currently and always attentive to the urgent care of our environment protection, we launched our Cachaça in its organic version, derived from sugarcane fields fertilized with mineral compound produced on our own farm which, in a regenerative manner, recompose and enriches the soil, returning its natural fertility.
